The alternative to electric diaphragm pumps are electric driven high pressure piston pumps. These devices are preferably used for use with 1- and 2-component PUR, epoxy or silicate resins.
The material is supplied via a 6-litre upper container with a lid, which is transparent and provided with a scale to ensure easy visual control of material consumption. Unit is light weight, easy to transport and only 230 V voltage supply is needed to operate. An additional compressor is not required.
The delivery pressure and thus the delivery volume can be infinitely adjusted from 0 – 230 bar. Opposite to electric diaphragm pumps the motor of these units stops as soon as required and pre-adjusted working pressure is reached. This allows an acoustic control to be carried out during the injection.
